We stayed at this apartment as two friends and had a very pleasant experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, and we really enjoyed the sea view from the apartment. There were also plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with, which made our stay even smoother. Overall, we would definitely recommend it and would happily stay again! 😊

Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno nell’appartamento con una camera da letto come famiglia col nostro bambino. Il quartiere è tranquillo e molto comodo, con tutti i servizi nelle vicinanze. Abbiamo apprezzato le mattine sul balcone con aria fresca, e la zona della spiaggia è molto adatta ai bambini. Un grande vantaggio è il bar Manjani proprio sotto l’edificio, con un’area giochi per bambini—perfetto per le famiglie. Moderno, pulito e molto confortevole. Torneremo sicuramente di nuovo!

We had a great stay at the Sea View Studio. The sea view from the balcony was beautiful and a real highlight. The location is very convenient, right on the main road and only about a 5-minute walk to the beach, with all services like shops, restaurants, and pharmacies nearby. The studio is modern, clean, and well-equipped—perfect for a couple. Highly recommended!

Lovely stay! Sunny Apartment was the perfect place for my trip. It was clean, cozy, and in a great location — very easy to get around. The space was bright and full of natural sunlight, which made it feel even more relaxing. Amarda was a wonderful host — super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Appartamento ben soleggiato in un palazzo nuovo con ascensore vicino al Blloku e al parco.

The apartment is in a nice neighbourhood. Close to the lake and Wilson's squar in Blloku which is great for walks but at the same time you are in the most lively area. The cleaness was impeccable and safety was top notch. The bed is comfortable and the wifi is Michael Shumaher fast. The host most friendly and welcoming. Overall, I enjoyed it. 10/10

Appartement très propre, très bien équipé et très bien placé dans le quartier branché de Tirana ! L'hôte, Amarda, était disponible, agréable et très sympathique. Si nous revenons à Tirana, nous repasserons par cet appartement à coup sûr!

I loved everything! The host was super helpful and was checking if all was good during my stay:) The apartment has absolutely everything you need. I felt almost as comfortable as if I were home. I had the best time and felt sad when leaving ❤️

Nice modern small studio. Big bright window. Elevator. Lots of cafe restaurants nearby. Close to the lake. The bed is comfortable. Ac is functioning. Good water pressure. Quiet neighborhood. The host let me check out late because my flight is a bit late.

Booked the apartment for our 2 weeks stay in Tirana and im so happy we chose it. The owner is amazing. Always there to help with all our enquiries. Self check in made it easier for us,especially after a late night flight. The location is perfect. Within walking distance to everything you need. Coffee shops,supermarkets,restaurants… you name it. Cant recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back x

La propriétaire des lieux est très sympa et à l'écoute de nos besoins. emplacement idéal près du lac , des restaurants, café et à 10 minutes a pied de tout les monuments a visiter. L'immeuble est neuf dans une rue très calme. Le logement est top très bien agencé.

Property was in a great location, walking distance to everything you need in Tirana. The location was quiet at night and most importantly had AC which is a must in the summer time Check in was very simple and so was check out Communication was via whatsapp and the host was very responsive at all times

We had a great time at Amarda’s apartment. She is very responsive and takes a good care of her clients. The building is brand new, in one of the most attractive zones of Tirana. We walked everywhere and enjoyed some good food in near by restaurants.

The apartment was super clean, and in a great location in Blloku. The host, Amarda was very helpful and responded quickly anytime I needed something. I spent one month there, and it was perfect. There are cafes and bars within walking distance, and the park is very close by. I highly recommend this apartment.

To keep it short: I had already a lot of apartments in Tirana to stay in. But this one is a blast. You will have a fantastic stay in this place! Long version: Oh, this apartment is in a fantastic location of Tirana. Absolutely everything can be reached either by walking or with public transport. Also, it is a very safe area (Tirana in general is very safe) which might be important for some travelers. The apartment itself is bright and in a fantastic condition and spotless clean. Even though the elevator is a remarkable add-on (in Tirana there are some apartments in older buildings in higher floors without). I almost forgot, that the location is calm and quiet and no noise from crazy streets will bother your stay. Many cute cafés, a vibrant nightlife and excellent restaurants are all around you and the major sights reachable within a couple of minutes walking. The host: The communication with the host is simply at its best! A stay in this place can be strongly recommended.

An excellent apartment with everything one needs in the best part of Tirana, Billoku. Downstairs Dua Pizza has great food and cool waiters. Around the corner is Illyrian Saloon, a great dive bar. It's a great place to stay and do work or use as a base to explore Tirana.

Amarda is a great host, very responsive and her place is lovely. Clean with all mod cons, close to town and also close to the park. I would definitely recommend & stay here again :)
